How to Create and Use List Templates

Tired of setting up the same enrichment columns every time you create a new list? With List Templates, you can save your preferred list configuration and reuse it whenever you need it!

This feature helps you save time by automatically adding your predefined AI prompt columns when creating new lists, so you don't have to configure everything from scratch.

What Are List Templates?

List Templates allow you to save a reusable setup for your lists, including AI prompt columns you've already configured. Instead of manually creating and setting up the same enrichment columns for every new list, you can simply apply an existing template.

For example, if you frequently use AI prompts to generate personalized icebreakers or analyze company information, you can save those columns as part of a template and reuse them in future lists.

Step 1: Prepare Your List

Start by opening an existing list and setting up the columns you'd like to reuse.

1. Navigate to the Lists section.
2. Open the list containing your preferred enrichment setup.
3. Make sure you've configured the AI prompt and other columns you want to include in your template.

Once columns are ready, you can save their configuration for the future use by clicking at the Save Template button.

Step 2: Save Your List as a Template

Give your list template a recognizable name and description so that you can easily identify it.

For example, you could create templates for:

• Personalized Icebreakers – AI prompts that generate personalized opening messages.
• Company Research – Columns for collecting and analyzing company information.
• Lead Qualification – AI prompts that help you evaluate prospects based on your targeting criteria.

When everything is ready click on Save button in order to save template. Once saved, your template can be reused whenever you create another list.

Step 3: Apply a Template When Creating a New List

Now that you've saved your template, you can use it and applying when creating a new lead list within the Lists section. When you do this you can follow those steps:

1. Navigate into the Lists section.
2. Start creating a New List.
3. Find the option to apply an existing List Template.
4. Select the template you'd like to use.
5. Continue creating your list by clicking to Next button.

Your predefined prompt columns will automatically be added to the new list, saving you the time of configuring them individually.
