The Post Keyword Signal feature helps you find people connected to LinkedIn posts on topics that matter to you. Search for posts using keywords, describe the posts you want AI to find, or use both options together. Then choose whether to collect the people who wrote, reacted to, or commented on those posts.
Where to find Post Keyword Signal
You can use Post keyword signal when creating either a list or a campaign.
When creating a list, select New list in the Source section, open the Signals tab, and choose Post keyword signal. Click Next to open the settings page.
When creating a campaign, find Post keyword signal under the Signals tab within the Contact source section. Below Post keyword signal you'll find all the options.
Set up your post search
Enter keywords that may appear in the posts you want to find, such as outreach agency. Press Enter or use a comma to add multiple keywords.
Choose your contact sources. Select one or more of the following:
Post authors — people who created the matching posts
Post reactors — people who reacted to them
Post commenters — people who commented on them
Set the maximum contacts per post. This limits how many contacts are collected from a single post during each refresh. The standard maximum is 1,000 contacts per post.
Set the maximum contacts total. This limits how many contacts are collected across all matching posts during each refresh.
Use the AI filter prompt to describe which posts you want to include or exclude. AI will use your description to filter the posts found by your keyword search. You can leave this field empty. The Post Keyword signal will still find posts based on your keywords and collect contacts from the sources you selected.
Optional advanced filters
Besides usual filter and keywords, you can use Advanced filters to narrow your search further. They are optional—the Post Keyword signal can find matching posts without them.
You can limit the search to posts written by specific profiles, published by specific company pages, or written by people who work at selected companies or in selected industries. You can also find posts that mention a person or company, or posts published in a particular LinkedIn group.
To narrow the results by format, choose a content type, such as images, videos, job posts, live videos, or documents. The Author keywords filter lets you find posts from people whose profiles contain certain terms.
If you want to keep finding new contacts, set a refresh frequency. The signal will check for new matching posts on that schedule and collect newly discovered contacts.
With your Post Keyword signal set up, the Skylead can find relevant LinkedIn posts and collect the authors, reactors, or commenters you selected.
Happy campaigning! 🎉
