We’ve introduced a powerful new feature to help you level up your outreach by enriching your contacts and companies before pushing them into campaigns 🚀
Think of it as giving your leads more context, so your messaging feels sharper, more personalized, and way more effective.
In this guide we'll show you how to:
1. Buy action credits;
2. Enrich contact;
3. Enrich company
1. Buy action credits
Before you start enriching data, you’ll need Action Credits. Don’t worry—it’s super quick to set up ⚡
Head over to your Team Dashboard and click the Buy button. From there, select Buy Action Credits, and you’ll be taken to a new screen where you can choose how many credits you want.
Here’s how it works:
- đź’° 100 credits = $1
- 🔢 Minimum purchase = 50 credits
Once you’ve completed your purchase, your credits will instantly appear in your Team Dashboard, so you’re ready to go.
2. Enrich contact
Now comes the fun part—making your contacts smarter and more actionable ✨
Go to the Lists tab and open the list of contacts you want to enrich. Inside, you’ll notice a new Actions button—this is your main tool for enrichment.
Click it, and you’ll see a few powerful options:
- Prompt AI - Describe what you need, and AI will generate insights for your contacts or companies;
- Enrich contacts - Pulls data like bio, role, skills, experience, and education

Enrich companies - Finds company details like overview, posts, website, and more:
Prompt AI
This option lets you clearly describe what you want to find or what you’d like to do with the data you’ve already collected. Simply write a precise prompt and let the magic happen. ✨
You can also provide additional context for the task, helping the AI better understand your goal and deliver more accurate results. Once everything is set, just choose the AI model you’d like to use for this action—and you’re good to go! You can also decide if you wan to Run a Test (first 10 rows) or go all-in with a Full run which will go through the entire list and enrich it.
If you're not sure which prompt to give, you can check out some of our Templates. SImply click on the template you want to use and the prompt text will be added automatically:
Enrich contacts
Once you pick your option, you’ll move to the setup screen.
Here’s what you can customize:
- Choose your preferred data provider (or turn some off/on)
- Run a Test (first 10 rows) or go all-in with a Full run
- See how many credits each provider uses per row
When everything’s set, hit Run and let the magic happen ✨
Processing might take a little time, but once it’s done, scroll right to find a new column called Enrich People Action.
Click into it to see all the insights we’ve gathered for each contact—simple, clean, and super useful.
3. Enrich companies
Enriching companies follows the same smooth flow—no surprises here 🙌
Just click Actions → Enrich companies, and you’re good to go. A couple of things to keep in mind:
- If you're enriching from the contacts view, make sure you have a companyUrl
- Alternatively, go to the Companies page and create a company list first
When setting it up, you’ll only need to choose: Test run (first 10 rows) or Full run (entire list):
Data processing
Once enrichment starts for any of the options, you’ll see a new column with a Processing... status ⏳
After everything is completed, just click on the data in the Enrich column to explore all the collected insights—quick, structured, and ready to use.
The collected data will be displayed for you, and you’ll be able to click on the specific data you want to use in your campaigns. From there, simply select the option to add it as a new column for easier use and organization:
Now that all the information is in place, you’re ready to export your data and start using it in your campaigns. 🚀
