We’ve just made managing your leads even easier. You can now return leads to a campaign in bulk, saving you time and clicks. Instead of pushing leads back one by one, you can select multiple leads at once and return them to the exact campaign step you want — quickly and smoothly.
How to return leads in bulk
There are two simple ways to do this, depending on where you’re working from. You can return leads in bulk from both the Leads and Messages dashboards. The flow stays the same: select your leads, click Push to campaign, and you’re good to go.
1. From the Leads dashboard
Select the leads you’d like to return, then click the Push to campaign button.
You’ll be taken to a familiar screen where you can choose the campaign, the specific step, and the date and time when the leads should re-enter the flow. Once you click Move, the leads will be pushed back into the selected campaign — easy as that 🚀⚙️
❗Don't forget it’s crucial to specify the exact time for their re-entry in the campaign.
2. From your Inbox
The process here is just as straightforward. Select the leads, click the arrow icon shown in the Inbox, and they’ll be pushed back to the campaign using the same logic as above.
What if there’s a conflict?
If any leads can’t be returned, we’ll show you why. Common reasons include blacklisted leads, leads already used in another team seat’s campaign, or steps that can’t accept those leads.
To review the leads with the confilct, please click on View all:
Once you review all leads with the conflict, you can choose to skip, import anyway, or discard the action based on conflict that appears🧩🔍
