Excluding and Deleting Leads from a Campaign

Effortlessly manage your leads in Skylead! Whether you want to exclude or delete individual leads, or handle them in bulk, this guide simplifies the process. Use the Leads list dashboard to find, exclude, or delete leads with a few clicks. Remember to apply filters for quick selection. Enjoy streamlined lead management today! 🚀

Excluding or Deleting an Individual Lead 🧑‍💼

• Find Your Lead: The easiest way is to head over to the All Leads page. Quickly locate your leads by typing their name or company name into the search bar. You can also select particular campaign from a drop down bar at the top in which lead that you are searching for is located 🔍
• Exclude a Lead: Got your lead? Awesome! Just toggle OFF their activity state to exclude them from the campaign and lead will not perform any further actions. 🚫

• Delete Lead: Want to remove a lead completely? Just tick the box next to lead name and hit ‘Delete Lead’ button located at the right side of the page. Alternative is to click on three dots right next to a lead and from the menu to click at ‘Delete Lead’ button. 🗑️

Managing Multiple Leads at Once 🌐

• Locate Your Leads: Start with All Leads page. Use the search bar to find leads you want to manage or simply point to a specific campaign from a top drop down menu to list all the leads in it. 🔍
• Bulk Action: Check mark all the leads you want to manage, then choose either ‘Push to campaign’, ‘Activate Leads’, ‘Deactivate Leads’ or ‘Delete Leads’ from the options at the top right corner of the page. 🛠️

Before you start selecting, use filters like status, step, or verified email to make managing large groups of leads even easier. ✔️
