How to export data from Skylead account

Hey there, Skyleaders! 👋

Skylead makes data export easy! Export per campaign by clicking the three dots, or export all campaigns from the Leads section via email. Use Reports Pages for filtered exports in PDF or CSV format, helping you analyze data effectively. Ready to let data drive your success? 🌟🚀

With Skylead, you have some fantastic options for exporting your data:

1. Per Campaign

• You can export data from a single selected campaign. This is perfect for when you want to gather insights from a specific campaign! Just click on three dots button next to preferred campaign and then chose the option "Export data" to export file
  
  

2. For All Campaigns

• This option could be reached from All Leads section on the left side menu. It allows you to export data from all your campaigns at once.
  
  
   
• When you choose it, you'll be asked for your preferred email address, and it may take a few minutes before you receive the CSV file. This file will contain data sorted by active (first) and inactive (following) campaigns, starting from the oldest to the newest.
  
  
   

• 📝 When you export a CSV file with all the campaigns, you'll be prompted to enter the email address where you'd like to receive the file, which may take a few minutes to arrive.

3. Per List

• You can access this option from the Lead Lists section in the left-side menu. It allows you to quickly export data from a specific list. 📥

• Simply click on Lead Lists, select the list you want to export, and click the Export button. This will download all contacts from that list in just one click—fast and hassle-free. ⚡

  

Reports:

• You can also export data from the Reports Pages. You have two formats to choose from:
  • PDF: Includes both chart and table formats.
  • CSV: Table format only.
• You can access the reports page of a particular campaign from your leads list page and apply specific filters like just data from LinkedIn or email, or data enrichment.

• With these data export options, you have the power to analyze and utilize your insights effectively. 📈
