Want to keep AI SDR working efficiently while still having control over the replies your leads receive? 🤖
With semi-automatic replies, AI SDR prepares a suggested response for you, but the message is not sent automatically. Instead, you can review it, make any necessary changes, and decide when it is ready to be sent.
You can review semi-automatic replies either from the Tasks section in the AI fine-tuning dashboard or directly from your Messages inbox.
In this guide, we’ll show you both ways to review AI-generated replies, provide feedback, and complete your tasks.
Review replies from the Tasks section
To review your semi-automatic replies from the dedicated Tasks section, open your Teams dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, click AI fine-tuning dashboard.
Here, open the Tasks section to see the replies that require your review.
Note: You can currently access tasks only for the teams you created. If you need access to a specific client team, please contact our Support team.
Understanding the Tasks section
At the top of the Tasks page, you can switch between three views:
- Pending – tasks that still require your review or action.
- All tasks – displays all available tasks regardless of their current status.
- Completed – tasks that have already been reviewed and completed.
You can also use Filter by Teams and Seats to narrow down the tasks and find the ones you want to work on more easily.
Each task in the list shows the lead's name, their latest message, and the current task status.
Review a task
Click on any Pending task to open it.
On the right side of the screen, you’ll see the conversation that led to the task, including:
- the previous message sent from your account;
- the lead's latest reply;
- the AI-generated suggested reply.
This gives you the context you need before deciding how to respond.
If you need additional context, click Open full conversation in Messages to view the entire conversation.
Review replies directly from Messages
You can also review semi-automatic replies directly from your Messages inbox.
Open Messages from the left-hand menu and select the conversation you want to review.
If AI SDR has generated a semi-automatic reply for that conversation, you’ll see the Suggested reply directly below the lead's latest message.
From here, you can review the full conversation and work with the suggestion without opening the Tasks section.
Just like in Tasks, you can:
- review the AI-generated suggestion;
- edit the reply before sending it;
- click Regenerate to generate another version;
- click Give feedback to provide feedback on the suggested response;
- send the final reply directly from the conversation.
This can be especially useful when you're already managing conversations from the Messages inbox and want to review AI SDR suggestions without switching between different sections.
Review and edit the suggested reply
AI SDR automatically prepares a Suggested reply based on the conversation and the instructions it has been given.
The suggested response is also placed inside the Reply message field below.
Before sending it, you can review the message and edit any part of it if needed.
This allows you to keep control over what the lead receives while still saving time by starting with an AI-generated response.
If the suggestion is not suitable, click Regenerate to ask AI SDR to create a new version.
Once you're happy with the response, click Send reply.
The message in the Reply message field is the message that will be sent to the lead.
Give feedback on the AI-generated reply
You can also help AI SDR improve by giving feedback on its suggested responses.
Click Give feedback next to the suggested reply. You can do this both from the Tasks section and directly from Messages.
You can mark the response as:
- Positive – when the suggested reply was appropriate and performed well.
- Negative – when the response should have been handled differently.
The feedback field displayed below will change depending on the option you select.
Positive feedback – What I like
When you select Positive, the What I like section will appear.
Use the Description field to highlight what worked well in the suggested response.
This helps AI SDR understand which parts of the reply were effective and should be followed in similar conversations.
Negative feedback – What is wrong?
When you select Negative, the section will change to What is wrong?
Use the Description field to explain what didn't work in the suggested response and what should have been handled differently.
This gives AI SDR more context about the issue and helps it learn how to approach similar situations in the future.
Ideal response
In the Reply message field, you can provide an example of what you believe the ideal response should have looked like.
This gives AI SDR a concrete example it can learn from.
Instructions based on AI Training Set
You can also select one or more AI Training Sets that should use this feedback.
This helps guide how AI SDR should respond in similar situations in the future.
Once you've added your feedback, click Submit.
Complete the task
If you're reviewing the reply from the Tasks section, click Complete task in the bottom-right corner once you've handled the conversation.
The task will then move from Pending to Completed.
You can always open the Completed tab later to review tasks that have already been handled.
Keep control while letting AI do the heavy lifting
And that’s it! 🎉
Whether you prefer working from the dedicated Tasks section or directly from your Messages inbox, semi-automatic replies let AI SDR prepare responses while keeping you in control of what gets sent.
By reviewing suggestions, editing them when necessary, regenerating replies, and providing feedback, you can handle conversations faster while continuously helping AI SDR improve the quality of future responses.
