How to Import Email Accounts in Bulk

Need to connect multiple email accounts to your seat? With the Bulk Email Import option, you can easily upload and connect multiple email accounts at once using a CSV file, saving you time and effort.

These email accounts will be used for email outreach within your campaigns.

Let's walk through the process! 👇

Step 1: Navigate to Email Settings

1. Open the seat where you want to connect your email accounts.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select the Email Settings tab.

Here, you'll be able to manage your existing email accounts and add new ones.

Step 2: Select the Bulk Import Option

1. Click the + Add button in the upper-right corner.
2. In the Add an email account pop-up, select the From CSV file tab.

This option allows you to connect multiple email accounts at once instead of adding them individually.

Optional: Download the Sample CSV File

Before uploading your file, we recommend downloading the sample CSV to make sure your information is formatted correctly.

1. Click "Check out a sample CSV here".
2. Download the example file.
3. Use it as a reference to see which columns are required and how they should be named.
4. Prepare your CSV file with the email accounts and their corresponding connection settings.

Note: Each CSV file can contain up to 500 email accounts.

Step 3: Upload Your CSV File

Once your CSV file is ready:

1. Click the Upload button.
2. Select the CSV file containing your email accounts and their connection settings.
3. Once the file is uploaded, follow the on-screen instructions and click on ADD button to complete the process. This allows you to add multiple email accounts to your seat in a single bulk import.

Use App Passwords When Needed

Some providers (like Gmail or Outlook) may require an App Password instead of your regular email password.

If your provider requires it:

1. Generate an App Password from your email provider
2. Add it into the CSV file instead of your regular password
