How to Edit an email account

Are you looking to fine-tune your email settings in Skylead? You're in the right place! Let’s walk through these steps together. 📧

1. Head to Settings

• Your first stop is the Settings page. This is where all your email configurations live.

2. Locate Email Settings

• Under the ‘Email Settings’ tab, you'll see a list of your connected email addresses.

3. Find and Edit

• Browse through the list and find the email address which you want to edit. Look for the checkmark box next to your chosen email address and give it a click. Button called 'Edit email account' will become available and you should be able to click on it in order to enter the Email Settings ⚙️

4. Customize Your Email

• Here, you can change the sender's name, adjust campaign settings, set a custom tracking domain, update your signature, and even add BCC recipients. 🖊️

5. Save Your Changes

• Once you're happy with your edits, don’t forget to click ‘Submit Changes’ to make them official. ✅

Bulk Edit Feature

• New Option: Skylead now offers a Bulk Edit feature. You can select multiple email accounts and edit them all at once using the 'Edit email accounts' button. In order to do so simply check mark email addresses which you wish to edit and then click on 'Edit email accounts'. A real time-saver!
