Integrating Skylead with Pipedrive keeps your CRM automatically updated—no manual entry, no double work. Once connected, Skylead will create or update Persons in Pipedrive based on your outreach activity, helping you track conversations and manage your pipeline effortlessly. ⚙️
To set up the direct integration, you’ll need an active Pipedrive subscription. Once that’s ready, follow the steps below to connect everything in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Log In to Pipedrive
Start by logging into your Pipedrive account. Keep this tab open—you’ll need it shortly to authorize the connection.
Step 2: Open Skylead and Select the Team
In a separate tab, log in to Skylead and select the team you want to connect with Pipedrive. Since integrations are configured per team, this makes it easy to keep client data separated when working across multiple workspaces. 🧩
Step 3: Go to Team Integrations
Navigate to the Team Integrations tab, where you’ll see all available integrations. Find Pipedrive and click Connect to begin the setup.
Step 4: Choose the Automations You Want to Install
Next, select which automations you’d like to enable.
Not sure which ones to pick? You can enable them all and turn off any you don’t need later.
Here’s what each automation does:
Create/update person when lead replies
Automatically creates or updates a Person in Pipedrive when a lead responds, logging the reply message, date, time, campaign name, and lead details. 💬Create/update person when you send an email
Logs sent emails as notes in Pipedrive with campaign and contact information.Create/update person when you send a LinkedIn message
Updates or creates a Person and records the message activity with campaign data. 📩Create/update person when you send an invite
When you send a connection request, Pipedrive is updated with a note containing lead info, campaign name, and timestamp.
After selecting your automations, click Continue.
Step 5: Grant Access to Your Pipedrive Account
You’ll now be asked to authorize the integration. Click Grant Access so Skylead can securely connect to your Pipedrive account.
Step 6: Name the Connection and Add Your API Token
Give your connection a recognizable name, then paste your API token.
You can find your API token in Pipedrive by navigating to:
Profile Photo → Personal Preferences → API
Step 7: Confirm the Connection
Once the credentials are validated, click Continue to return to the setup screen with access successfully granted.
Now you’re ready to finalize the integration.
Step 8: Let the Automations Install
Wait a few moments while Skylead installs the automations you selected earlier.
Once installation is complete, the integration is fully active. ✅
From here, you can:
Turn automations on or off anytime
Let them run quietly in the background while your CRM stays up to date 📊
Review triggered automations in the History tab
