1/10/2024. Main changes from the Skylead 4.0 release

Hey Skyleaders, 🙌

Skylead 4.0 release came with major improvements and we’re thrilled to share them with you! From a refreshed, sleek design to a more intuitive navigation experience, every enhancement was crafted with you in mind. 

That said, here’s the list of the main Skylead changes that came with the latest release.

General changes

1. We've given every page a sleek, minimalistic design for a smoother user experience. Navigation and menu structure have been upgraded to make things easier to manage, and for overall better user experience.

2. Your Account settings are now in a dedicated drop-down menu at the top-right of every page. You can access them directly from either the Account or Seat dashboard.

3. In partnership with InboxFlare, we introduced an Infinite warm-up feature. Each user who manages a team with at least one active seat can enable their InboxFlare account and get 100 free email warm-up slots. To enable it as a team owner, go to your Account settings. Account dashboard changes

1. Account info is now located under the 3-dotted drop-down menu next to your seat name, along with other seat options.

2. We transformed the Seats and Team blacklist into tabs under your team name for easier navigation.

3. To help with better organization and team oversight, we’ve split Team Management into two tabs as well: Team members and Roles & Permissions. More on it here - How to manage your team.

4. The Buy button (to purchase credits) and the +Add button (to add seats once you have credits) are now located at the top right corner under the Seats tab. Plus, the +Add button will be disabled if you’re out of credits.

Seat dashboard changes

1. We moved Individual blacklists to the primary navigation (side menu) for easier access. You can read more about it here - Team blacklist and Individual blacklist.

2. Global and Individual webhooks are still located in the side menu under Integrations, however, we separated them into 2 tabs at the top of this page for easier management.

3. The Settings page is now clearly divided into Linked-related and email-related settings options, without any additional tabs.

4. In the Campaign page, Total results from all the campaigns are moved to the top, next to Active, Draft and Archived filters. 

5. Messages now have new switchers for additional message filtering: 

• Unread - the messages you haven’t opened yet;
• Unreplied - the messages you haven’t replied to;
• Waiting - when the lead accepts your invite but hasn’t replied yet;
• Other - messages outside of your campaigns;
• Archived

6. If you’re looking for additional info about the lead or want to write notes in Messages, from now on you can do so by clicking the drop-down menu next to their name. You will find additional lead options under the 3-dotted menu on the right.
