How to manage your team

Hey there, Skyleader! ☁️✨

Are you managing one or more teams on the Skylead and need a little guidance? You’re in the right place! Let’s dive into some simple and handy options to make your team management smooth and stress-free. 🌟

For Managing a Single Team:

1. Check your team: 📋

• If you’re in charge of just one team, you can easily access all your team details in the left side menu - your one-stop hub for everything related to your team.
  
  

All team settings can be found in the three-dots menu on the left and in the tab bar. Easy-peasy!

For Managing Multiple Teams:

1. Enter all of your teams from Main Screen: 🌐

• When managing multiple teams, start from the main screen. Here, you’ll find options to dive into the details of each team individually.
  
  

2. Navigate to Team Settings: ⚙️

• This will lead you to the team settings, where you control everything for each team you manage!
  

In Team Settings, You Can:

• Rename team: ✏️ Need to update your team’s name? No problem, you can do it here.
• Delete team: 🗑️ Ready to remove a team? Just remember, you’ll need to remove all members first.
• Transfer seat credits: Wish to add more seats to your team? Here is where you can do that.

Managing Team Members:

View Team Members: 👥
Click on 'Team members' tab for an overview of your team’s current lineup where you can see everyone’s roles, invite new members, and more.

Member Statuses & Roles:

• Check Activity Status & Roles: 🏷️
  Here, you can quickly see who’s active, what permissions they have, and what roles they’re assigned.

• Edit Roles: 🖊️
  Need to tweak someone’s role? Simply hit the 'Edit team member' button to make changes. For more detailed help, check out our articles on this topic!

  This section gives you a quick look at the basic roles like owner, admin, and editor, plus any custom roles you’ve created.
