- Easily spot all your connected Email addresses on this page. Want to expand your outreach? Just tap the 'Add' button for connecting another Email address, and watch your capabilities grow!
3. Understanding the Dashboard 📊
Here’s what you’ll find on the dashboard:
- Name Column: Displays the sender name you’ve chosen.
- Email Column: Houses your email addresses.
- Daily Limits Column: Shows the limits set for each email address.
- Minimal Waiting: This is the strategic pause between emails to prevent flooding inboxes.
- Status of Each Email Address: Always good to know!

- Need to change something? Customize the email address, reconnect, or remove it with ease!

Click on the check mark box next an Email address and then on 'Edit email account' button at the top right corner of the screen in order to fine-tune your Email settings:
- Sender Name: Set how your recipients see your name.

- Daily Campaign Limit: Keep it at 50 or less to protect your sender reputation.
- Minimum Waiting Time: Set a minimum gap (recommended 5 minutes) between emails.
- Random Additional Delay: Adds unpredictability to improve deliverability.

- Enable Automatic Handling of 'Out of Office' Emails: When you turn on this feature, our platform automatically detects when a prospect sends an 'Out of Office' auto-response. 📅 The prospect's status is then updated to 'Out of Office,' and they’re seamlessly reintegrated into the campaign 14 days later, ensuring no follow-up opportunities are missed! ⏰
