Problem: Your Account Stopped Sending Invites 😟
Solution: Here’s a simple and friendly guide to fix this issue:
1. Access Your Reports Page 📊
- Start by opening your Reports page.
2 . Review the Numbers Chart 📈
- Scroll down to find the chart with numbers.
3. Check Daily Limits ⏰
- First, check if Skylead has already sent all the connections allowed for the day based on your daily limits.
- If the number for today falls within the range you’ve set in the Global limits for campaigns, you’ve hit your daily cap.
- Also, make sure you haven’t sent more than 200 invites this week.
4. Explore Your Campaigns Dashboard 📅
- If your numbers are below 200, head over to your Campaigns dashboard and scroll to the right side to see if the campaign already sent all invites.
5. Assess Leads Readiness 👥
- Finally, check if there are Leads ready for the "invite to connect" step, or if they need to complete other steps first.
