Two-Factor Authentication (or 2FA) is a security measure that helps keep your account safe when logging into them from different devices and/or locations.
We understand that you want to keep your LinkedIn profile and the conversations that you have there secure, but this security option can really hinder your ability to generate leads using our Sales Engagement platform.
For our tool, it's important to have a 2FA disabled. When signing up to Skylead for the first time, you will be asked to go through PIN verification and the Two-Factor if you have it turned on. What really causes issues is that the 2FA may, after some time, lock Skylead out of the account and, in turn, your interactions will be delayed.
In order to avoid these delays regarding your accounts activity, it's mandatory to have it off.
Here you can find the steps that you need to take to turn off the Two-Factor Authentication on either your Desktop or Mobile device.
