Hey there Skyleaders,
If the status says Wrong auth when you enter your account or during your Onboarding process:
This means that you have maybe entered the wrong password or your email address. Click on the Wrong auth red button and enter your credentials again, make sure these are the right ones (check if your caps lock button is on).
If this happens during the Onboarding process, turn off the pop-up window and click on the Wrong auth button. You will be asked to re-enter your credentials.
