If your account has a status: Pin wrong, this is nothing to worry about. Your page might receive a notification like this:
Or this might appear during your Onboarding process:
This means that the pin has either expired or has been entered wrongly. In this case, you can click on the icon Pin wrong or follow the instructions from the picture above, resend the PIN and enter the new one . . If you click on the red Pin Wrong button window will pop out like this:
Here you can re-enter the pin or resend it to your email and try again. If that does not work, you can always turn to our support team and they will help you out.
