Are you encountering a pesky red pop-up message when trying to upload your CSV file in Skylead? No worries, we've got you covered with this easy, step-by-step guide! 🛠️

1. Identify the Error 🔍

   • That red pop-up is your clue! It tells you exactly where Skylead spotted an error in your file. Refer to the row number indicated in the error message and make the necessary changes.

2. Column Name Check 📝

   • Profile URLs: Your column should be named profileUrl (with only the "U" in uppercase).
   • Emails: Ensure you've named the email column as email (all in lowercase).
     
     
     
     

3. No Empty Rows Allowed 🚫

   • If the error mentioned earlier continues to appear and you've confirmed the 'profileUrl' and 'email' fields are correct, please take a moment to double-check your file for any unnoticed empty rows.

4. No Empty Spaces Allowed 🚫🌌

   • To fix empty spaces, copy all text (CTRL+A) and paste (CTRL+V) into a new file.
     
     

5. Avoid Duplicate Fields 🚫🔁
