How to connect Outlook through the SMTP 🔗

Step 1: Tweak Your Outlook Settings ✅

1. Head over to your Outlook account.
2. Click on the settings gear icon ⚙️.
3. Navigate to 'Sync email'.
4. Make sure you enable the option for 'Let devices and apps use POP'. Just give that 'yes' a click.
   
5. Hit the "Save" button and voilà, step one is done!

Step 2: Generate a Secure Password (If You Have 2-Factor Authentication) 🔐

1. Go to your Outlook profile settings. You'll find it in the top right corner.
2. Select 'My Microsoft Account'.
3. In the main menu, go to 'Security' and then 'Advanced Security options'. Here's a quick link for you: account.microsoft.com/security.

   • Password: Use the password you just generated.
     
7. You'll also need SMTP and IMAP IP addresses and port numbers. Don't worry, a quick Google search for 'Outlook port numbers' will get you these details in a snap.
