In this tutorial, we will tell you more about replying to a conversation. 📚
Every time someone replies to an outgoing message from one of your campaigns, that conversation will be available in Skylead’s Smart Inbox. There are 3 different ways that you can respond to someone through the Smart Inbox:
- Manual responses
You can pop into the Smart Inbox from time to time and get back to all of the people who have responded to your messages. You will find all messages there, from all your channels.
- Get Lead back to the Campaign
If you want the Lead to get the next message that you have prepared in your sequence, you can choose to put that Lead back into the campaign. That can be done from the Smart inbox or Leads list page:
You have this option on the check leads page too.
Once the option is selected, you can choose in which campaign you want to put the Lead and on which step:
- Saved replies
You have the ability to save frequently used replies and insert them into a message.
! You might notice that there is a notification that prevents you from sending a message from the Smart Inbox.
Here are the reasons for the cooldown of your account:
1. High activity (too many manually performed actions on LinkedIn
while the campaigns are running).
2. Too high limits are set above the recommended ranges noted on
3. If you accessed LinkedIn from multiple IP addresses different
laptops, phones, or all of them at the same time.
4. Also if you change the country and you log in to LinkedIn from
there your IP address will change.
