In this tutorial, we will tell you how you can keep track of all the conversations. 💬
Here are the ways you can filter your Smart Inbox to see specific types of messages:
All channels 🌍 This is the default view of the inbox and here you will be able to see messages from all of the campaigns that you’ve run on Skylead. This way, you are also able to see messages that are based on all 3️⃣ of the inboxes that the Smart Inbox merges (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Email 📧).
All unread messages 📭 With this option, you can see only unread messages and get to them first without scrolling through the inbox.
If you have read some messages and would like to check them and reply later, you could apply some chat labels on those messages 🏷️ or you could even select them and mark them as unread. Here is how you can do that:📝
Also, you could mark messages as unread in bulk:
All archived messages 🗄️
All messages that you previously archived will be shown here.
All unreplied messages 🔄
Never miss replying to your lead again! Filter your messages with this option to see to whom you need to answer.
All other messages 📤
Once you connect your LinkedIn profile to Skylead, you can see your non-campaign-based messages using this filter.
❗ Messages sent before connecting your account won't appear here.
Filter chats per campaign 🎯
This option lets you see messages associated with specific campaigns.
Filter chats by label 🏷️
Navigate to the funnel icon 🕳️ and click on it. The list of your labels will appear. You can choose one or multiple labels to filter by.
When you select all wanted criteria just click Apply Filters.
From here you can also Filter Chat by type:
When you select Filter by Email messages, you can choose a specific email address you want to see:

When using the Campaign Filter, if you've chatted with a lead across different channels like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or email, Smart Inbox lets you effortlessly switch between these channels right within the Inbox. It's like having a remote control for your conversations!
