In this tutorial, you will learn what the “Synchronize” option does. 📚
The purpose of this option is to synchronize data while you are offline (outside your working hours).
We will start at the Settings button and we will choose the synchronize option.
This is what you should see when you access the Synchronize option:
You will see 3 options on the screen.
- 💬 Sync chat - when you are offline this option requires a manual push, so if you would like to check messages after your working hours you need to sync chat. Each update requires a few minutes to show.
- 👥 Sync connections - connection requests will be sent during your working hours, but Leads will be responding at different times. If you want to check who accepted you outside your working hours just click on “Sync Connections” and wait a couple of minutes. Your Campaign Tracking Dashboard will be updated as well.
- 📧 Sync Emails – when you are offline you can go ahead and check who replied to your emails, what your open rate is, what your click rate is (in case you have a link in your email), etc.
During your working hours, chat, connections, and email will be updated automatically often enough.
