Hey there Skyleaders,
In this tutorial, we will explain both Blacklist and Email or Domain Blacklist.
Blacklist
The “Blacklist” option is very practical for a few reasons. You can avoid your competition, certain people and companies, their employees, etc.
We will start at the Settings page and select the “Blacklist” option.
You will then see 2 options:
- Inserting a certain company name
- Inserting a certain Lead’s personal name and surname
After you enter the company name or Lead’s name every following campaign will exclude those Leads. However, if you had them in your previous outreach, they will not be excluded from that campaign, but you can go back and delete them manually.
! URLs will not work. If you insert a URL from somebody’s profile it will still discover and target them.
Email or Domain Blacklist
Besides black listing Companies and leads full names on Linkedin, you can also blacklist leads emails and the whole domain of a certain company.
If you want to blacklist an email just simply write the email address (for example name@domain.com ) and if you want to blacklist the whole domain just type in domain.com.
This option is useful if someone from your previous campaign complained about receiving emails, or you have a company domain you don't want to reach out to.
! If your blacklist is too large you can always search for a certain lead, company, email, or domain in a search bar.
! If you have an 'unsubscribe' button in your emails or in the email signature, every lead that clicks on it, will automatically go to the blacklist. Emails from the leads who unsubscribe will be shown in blue color.
! If the email bounces that email address will be blacklisted automatically and you will be able to find them in the Email or Domain Blacklist box.
We hope this tutorial was helpful!
Enjoy your Skylead experience! 🚀
