Step 1: Dive into Your Settings ⚙️

1. Head over to the Settings page on your Skylead account.

Click on the 'Email settings' tab. Here, you'll see all your connected emails.

Step 2: Select Your Email 📧

1. Browse through the list and find the email address for which you want to set up a signature.
2. Spot the signature icon (✍️) next to your chosen email and give it a click.

Step 3: Craft Your Signature ✨

Now, you're in the creative zone! You have two options for adding the signature, Rich signature, and HTML:

1. Rich text 📝
   This feature enables you to input your signature using basic text. If you have a pre-existing signature, you can copy and paste it here, or you can type it in directly.
   
   
   
2. HTML 💻
   With this feature, you have the ability to customize your signature using HTML coding. This allows for the inclusion of various elements such as text, images, links, animated gifs, and icons in your signature.
   
   Click on HTML option and paste the HTML code with your signature.
   
   
   
   Once you add your HTML-coded signature, do not forget to check the Preview of the signature and make additional changes before you have it. Once your signature is ready, click on ‘Submit Changes’ to save it.
   
   
   
   

Pro Tip: Add an 'Unsubscribe' button to your signature. Not only does it automatically move those who click on it to the Blacklist (keeping your leads list tidy), but it also helps prevent your emails from landing in the Spam folder. 🚫📧

1. Once you're happy with your signature, don't forget to hit 'Submit Changes'. This ensures your signature is saved and ready to go.
