New Team Management Permissions 🤝

Get ready to master the new Team Management permissions in Skylead. We've made some neat changes to help you fine-tune access for your team. Let's dive into these updates and make managing your team a breeze! 🌬️🛠️

1. Separate LinkedIn & Email Limits:

   • Divided Settings Page: Our Settings page now has three distinct sections: LinkedIn Settings, Email Settings, and Blacklist. 📚
   • Individual Permissions: You can now assign separate permissions for managing LinkedIn and Email limits. 🎚️
     • LinkedIn Limits: Assign 'Manage Global Limits' for LinkedIn control.
     • Email Limits: Use 'Manage Email Settings' for email limit management.

2. Revamped Email Settings Permission:

   • What's New?: Previously known as 'Manage Sync and Integrations', this updated permission now lets you:
     • Add or remove email accounts.
     • Set up custom tracking domains.
     • Establish email limits.
     • Customize sender names, signatures, and BCC options. ✍️
   • Note: If you want to restrict these capabilities, update these permissions accordingly.

3. LinkedIn Synchronization:

   • Synchronization Changes: The Synchronization page is removed, but don't worry!
     • LinkedIn Messages: Sync happens automatically or manually via the Chat page.
     • Email Messages: We automatically sync emails every 20 minutes. ⏲️
     • LinkedIn Connections: Managed through 'Manage LinkedIn Integrations'.

4. Manage LinkedIn Integrations Upgrade:

   • Enhanced Permission: This upgrade from 'Manage LinkedIn Subscription' now includes:
     • Selecting LinkedIn subscription types.
     • Connecting/disconnecting LinkedIn accounts.
     • Synchronizing LinkedIn connections (in LinkedIn settings > LinkedIn integrations). 🔄

5. Time Zone Management:

   • New Location: Time Zone settings have moved from Settings to Seat Settings in the Admin view.
   • What You Can Do: Set the local time for daily limit resets and specify the time zone for your LinkedIn account. 🌏

6. Manage Campaign Permission:

   • Email Control: Decide if users can send emails manually through the Seat Dashboard.
   • Full Control: This permission ensures you decide who can send emails manually. 📧
