Image & GIF Hyper-personalization Feature
If you would like to get more creative when communicating and reaching out to your leads, and with that I mean stand out from your competitors, we have just the right solution for you - our Image & GIF Hyper-personalization feature.
My name is Jelena and in this tutorial, I will show you how to use it and give you several examples to spark your imagination on how to use this outstanding feature.
Image & GIF Hyper-personalization feature is available for LinkedIn Messages, Emails, and InMails.
Click on the “Add image” icon.
The following option will appear:
The “Suggested Background” option has already prepared images that you can hyper-personalize and use in case you don’t feel like searching templates yourself.
The “My Templates” option allows you to import an image of your choice that you would like to hyper-personalize.
For now, we will go with the “My Templates” option.
Click on “Create New Template”. The following window will pop up:
Let’s import a sample image to demonstrate all options you have from this feature.
On your left you will find:
- Add me - imports your LinkedIn profile picture;
- Add lead - imports your lead's LinkedIn profile picture;
NOTE: In case the lead doesn’t have a LinkedIn profile picture, the entire personalized Image or GIF will not be sent at all.
- Choose a custom logo - you will be asked to import a logo image from your computer;
- Add lead's logo - imports from your lead's LinkedIn account the logo of the company he or she works for;
- Add text - you can add whatever text you want.
Let’s go a bit more in-depth about the “Add text” option.
As you can see from the example, you can:
- Add text with available variables;
- Choose font;
- Choose font size;
- Choose font color;
- Position of the text on the image;
- Option of deleting the text.
Let’s move ahead and create an unconventional job opportunity announcement.
NOTE: As we mentioned before, “Add Lead” will import the LinkedIn profile picture of the prospect you are reaching out to. Therefore, you can use the same personalized Image for all the leads from your campaign. Skylead will import for each lead individually their LinkedIn profile picture.
When we click on “Save Image”, the following document will look like this:
As you may see, your personalized Image or GIF will appear in the LinkedIn message, Email, or InMail.
Additionally, you can add a text of your choice using variables and setting how much after the previous step this step will be executed.
Here are some examples that might better paint the picture of how much you could stand out if using the Image & GIF Hyper-personalization feature.
NOTE: You can put only one personalized Image or GIF per message.
