How to Reply to a Conversation
Every time someone replies to an outgoing message from one of your campaigns, that conversation will be available in Skylead’s Smart Inbox.
There are 3 different ways that you can respond to someone through the Smart Inbox and in this article, we’ll go into more detail about the methods.
This one is pretty self-explanatory. If you have set the working time for your campaigns to be the same as your regular working hours, you can simply pop into the Smart Inbox from time to time and get back to all of the people who’ve responded to your messages.
Since the automation stops for the leads that have responded to you, this is the best way to converse with them. This works even better since Skylead’s Smart Inbox merges all of your other inboxes (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Email) into one.
Get Lead Back to The Campaign
We’ve mentioned above that the automation is stopped for a lead that responds to your message. If that lead responds with a generic answer or with just an emoji, you can use the “Get lead back to the campaign” option and select at which step of the campaign you want to return them to. This, in turn, reactivates the automation for the lead in question.
With Skylead, you also have the ability to save frequently used replies and insert them into a message with a few simple clicks. This simple and quick feature will save you a bunch of time typing these messages again and again.
